To confirm your booking we ask for full payment upfront.  Your Picture Studio accepts cash or e-transfer (preferred) and all Credit Cards.

Please arrive no sooner than 5mins prior to your booking time.  Set up and tear down are included in your booking.  Allow a certain time for cleanup towards the end of your shoot to reset the state it was found.  Overtime is billed separately at the rate of $100 per hour.

Since this is a professional working environment, we do not permit alcohol or smoking in the studio or anywhere on the building premises.

We are located in a commercial building so excessive noise or music is not allowed.  If you are shooting a music video please keep in mind that you need to keep playback at a reasonable level.

Special permission is required if your rental involves the use of water, glitter, sand, ice or cutting hair or if you are planning to shoot on the building premises.

Backdrop paper needs to be purchased separately from your booking fee and can only be handled by Your Picture Studio staff.  For backdrop prices please refer to our rental page.

Any additional gear pickups/drop-offs should be arranged separately.  It is not Your Picture Studio's responsibility to accommodate next day pickups unless specifically arranged so.
